TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment Payments can be made by PayPal, all major Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro)  We will also accept bank transfer .

PayPal: For the protection of both parties, I will only send orders to confirmed addresses; otherwise we are not protected by the PayPal buyer/seller protection program.


I aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of your order. For bespoke or personally made items that are not held in stock, Your finished items will be sent out to you usually within 28 days. (often sooner) This time may be exceeded at busy times like christmas, and mothers and fathers days.


If you are ordering for one of these occasions, please do allow time to ensure you will receive your items for when you would like them. 


Please do message me for any bespoke or hand crafted items you would like and we can work with you to create something personal to you!


Orders are  despatched from the island of Tenerife in Spain which is where we are based. This is a "Correo certificado"  tracked service.


Please allow up to 21 -28 days for receipt of your item although this is generally sooner. Items can be collected  personally if we are in the same location!


Please note you will be responsible for any VAT or import duties that are valid for importation of goods into your country.


Delayed or lost packages

Please note that "Music Jewellery Online" cannot be held responsible for any post or packages delayed or lost by the post. In the event of late or non-delivery of your items please contact me within 30 days and I will contact the postal service in order to track your package and you will be advised as to the status of your package. In the event of a lost parcel, I can only offer a replacement or refund after the postal service has confirmed the package as lost, which is usually around four weeks. It is important you contact me within a reasonable time (30 -35 business days) as we are unable to track packages after a 3 month period has elapsed.

We can also not be held responsible for non arrival of an order due to an incorrect address given at time of purchase and any re-shipment due to this reason is at the buyers expense.


Returns and Refunds


Please note that whilst I am sure that you will be truly delighted with your purchases from Music Jewellery online, I am unable to accept returns on Bespoke Personalised orders. An exception to this would be if I have not supplied the item you ordered so please make sure you have ordered correctly before contacting me. Music Jewellery Online cannot be held responsible for customers not following instructions correctly ie, not checking orders or mis-spelling personalised orders.

Please note that we are unable to accept any returns of body jewellery due to the intimate nature of these items unless there is a fault in your jewellery.  However, all items are carefully inspected before despatch to eliminate any problems of this nature.

 

 

What to Expect when you receive your items


Your item will be dispatched with care.  Music Jewellery Online cannot be held responsible for any damage or excessive wear caused to the items.
It is always advisable to remove your jewellery before manual or physical activity and before showering or swimming.
Many of our items are 316L surgical stainless steel  which is known for its durability and anti corrosion properties.
Items that are not316L grade stainless steel will be marked as fashion alloy
 Please bear in mind that items which come into contact with other jewellery such as other charms on bracelets, or keys on key rings may have a mattifying effect on some charms.


** Due to some s item being crafted by hand, there may be slight 'colour variations' however these will not be at a detriment to the item and all add to the unique and handmade feel of the items.
